Courses of Studies

Courses of Studies are prescribed as per the approved ICSE and ISC syllabus of CISCE, New Delhi. A common syllabus from Standard I to VII for all Stewart Schools is being followed as prescribrd by the Diocesan Board of Education, C.N.I.

Standard IX and X:

Compulsory Subjects: (1) English
(2) Hindi / Odia
(3) History, Civics and Geography
Optional Subjects: (4) Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
(5) Mathematics
Sixth Subjects: (6) Computer Application / Home Science

N.B.: These are the guidelines.

  • Each student has to opt for a minimum number of three elective subjects.
  • Art, Value Education and G.K. are taught from Standard I to VIII.
  • Computer Science is compulsory from Standard II to Standard VIII.
  • Odia 2nd Language is Compulsory up to Class VIII.
